GOLDEN HOUR

Intergenerational workshop accompanying the Architecture Laboratory exhibition led by Ada Słowikowska

We invite you to the intergenerational sensory workshop "Golden Hour," led by Ada Słowikowska as part of the Architecture Laboratory exhibition at the Hilary Majewski Tenement House.

The Golden Hour is the time of day after sunrise and before sunset, when special lighting occurs. This hour doesn't necessarily last 60 minutes, which is why it's my favorite hour. Is it yours too?

During the workshop, we will explore concepts such as:
* Rayleigh scattering
* Strzemiński's afterimages
* The Golden Hour method
* The Heliodon, a machine for measuring the sun
* Sensory-focused exercises will guide participants through various aspects of lighting. What is light? How does it affect our lives and perception of the space around us? Through collaborative action, we will find answers to these questions by activating sight, touch, hearing, and even our sixth sense. Let's meet during the Golden Hour at the Hilary Majewski Tenement House in Łódź.
