This is a unique opportunity to discover the history of one of Łódź’s most fascinating landmarks and take a closer look at its architectural details. Visitors will learn about Hilary Majewski—his legacy and the secrets hidden within his former residence.

The Hilary Majewski Tenement House is a cultural institution that, within its historic interiors, fosters artistic, cultural, and educational activities. It is a space designed for encounters and collaboration between artists, guests, tourists, and, above all, the residents of Łódź.

Hilary Majewski was a visionary and a builder of Łódź. His private home now serves as a space for discussions about the city's future, its development, challenges, and opportunities. We draw inspiration from architects, urban planners, designers, and performers, as well as activists, social organizers, and all those who care about the future of Łódź. The cultural program at the Hilary Majewski Tenement House is designed to be as open and inclusive as possible, based on participation and collaboration.
